Talish Ray

Talish Ray is a lawyer working as a Pro Bono Counsel with the Software Freedom Law Centre, India. She has almost a decade of experience fighting battles inside courtrooms and her areas of practice include Property and Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law and Commercial Law, Arbitration and dispute resolution,  Constitutional and Administrative law, Competition and Information Technology Law.  She has appeared before the Supreme Court and various High Courts in India while also serving on the advisory and litigating panels of Government and banking Corporations. She has an LLB degree from Campus Law Center, University of Delhi in addition to Bachelors degree in History from Lady Shri Ram College.
