Javed Abidi

Javed Abidi is the convenor of Disabled Rights Group, president of Disability Peoples’ International and director of  the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People (NCPEDP). He has been at the forefront of disability revolution in India, being instrumental in ratification by India of The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and reservation in jobs for differently abled.
